Follow your BFA order from dispatch to delivery using the links in your order emails.

How to track your order

1. Open your order confirmation email and select the link to view your order.
2. Once tracking is available, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or on your order status page to check your delivery.

No tracking updates yet?

If your order has not been dispatched, tracking may not be available yet. A tracking number can also be created before the carrier scans your parcel, so updates may not appear immediately.

Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find your order emails.

If you cannot find your tracking details, the link is not working or you are concerned about your delivery, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
