SHIPPING POLICY

BFA Original is part of Bodybuilding and Fitness Australia.

This policy applies to orders placed after this update. For earlier purchases, we honour the terms and promises offered when you ordered. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Delivery destinations

Available delivery destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. If no shipping option appears for your address, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping is charged separately unless your order qualifies for a free-shipping offer expressly shown at checkout.

Please review the total before completing your purchase.

Production and dispatch

Our made-to-order apparel is produced after an order is placed. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Products may be dispatched directly from our production partners overseas. Being an Australian business does not mean every order is shipped from Australia.

Production and dispatch times depend on the product and production availability. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you about the available options, including a refund for an item we cannot supply.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your destination, the shipping service and carrier conditions. Any estimates provided are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates and do not limit your consumer rights.

Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date or require an estimate that is not displayed.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you with the information available. You can also contact us whenever you have concerns about your order.

Separate parcels

Items in the same order may be produced or dispatched separately and arrive at different times. Where available, each shipment will have its own tracking details.

Tracking your order

When tracking is available, use the link in your shipping confirmation email or order status page.

Tracking information may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created. Updates depend on the carrier scanning and processing your parcel.

Delivery addresses and order changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying.

If you notice an error or need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. We will check what is possible, but changes or voluntary cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or production has started.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights or other remedies available under consumer law.

Please contact us before ordering to a PO box, parcel locker or military address so we can confirm whether the delivery service supports it.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

Contact us if your parcel is overdue, arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is marked delivered but cannot be found.

Please include your order number and details of the issue. Photos of damage or packaging can help where practical.

We will investigate with our fulfilment partner or carrier and provide any remedy required by applicable law. You do not need to resolve the issue with our supplier yourself. A carrier investigation does not remove or limit your consumer rights.

International duties and taxes

For delivery outside Australia, import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges may apply.

Any amounts collected by us will be identified at checkout. We do not promise that all destination charges are prepaid. Please contact us before ordering if the treatment of these charges is unclear for your destination.
