RETURNS & REFUNDS

BFA Original is part of Bodybuilding and Fitness Australia.

This policy applies to orders placed after this update. For earlier purchases, we honour the terms and promises offered when you ordered. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Change of mind and size selection

We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds simply because you change your mind, prefer a different colour or style, or select an incorrect size where the item supplied matches its description and size guide.

Please check the measurements for each product before ordering. Contact us if you need help choosing your size.

This restriction does not apply to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods, or where applicable law gives you a right to return or cancel. Made-to-order and sale items retain their statutory protections.

Your Australian consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

For a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

For a minor failure, we will provide a remedy within a reasonable time as required by law. If the problem is not resolved within a reasonable time, further remedies may be available.

We do not impose a blanket 30-day or 90-day limit on statutory claims. Original packaging, unworn condition and attached tags are not prerequisites for a valid faulty-goods claim.

Report a problem

Email info@bodybuildingandfitnessaustralia.com with:

• Your order number or other proof of purchase.
• A description of the problem.
• Photos showing the issue, where practical.

We may need to inspect the item to assess the problem. BFA will handle your request directly—you do not need to pursue our manufacturer or fulfilment partner.

Returning an item

Please contact us before posting an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address. Do not send goods to a production partner without instructions. This process does not remove your statutory rights.

For a confirmed product fault or our fulfilment error, we will arrange return shipping or reimburse reasonable return costs. Please keep your postage receipt. No restocking fee applies to a statutory remedy.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We will confirm the outcome and processing details with you. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Any shipping refunds or other amounts required by law will also be included.

We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund where you are legally entitled to a refund.

Cancellations and order changes

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Once processing or production has started, a voluntary change or cancellation may not be possible.

This does not affect statutory cancellation rights or remedies for problems with your order.

Orders outside Australia

Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase, including applicable cancellation or cooling-off rights, are preserved. Our change-of-mind restriction does not override those rights.
